Other Program Highlights
We have a diverse staff that reflects the communities in which we serve.
We not only serve students from the general population. We also serve students with Special Education requirements (IEP’s) as well as English Language Learners (ELL’s).
Students are placed into small groups during our program hours, and students are grouped by specific needs and/or ability levels.
Our program helps prepared our students for the end-of-the-year statewide exams in Mathematics and ELA. Our academic program helps boost the average statewide exam scores in the communities that we serve. We have students obtaining the highest scores in both Math and ELA (double 4’s) – a rare feat in any school.

“Amazing staff. Children grouped by grade level and ability level. Staff keeps kids engaged. I tested out two different afterschool programs and finally found LEAD.”
